Knowledge Exchange – Now Accepting Applications
BioHubNet is pleased to announce the opening of the Knowledge Exchange Program, an initiative designed to accelerate upskilling and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among HQP across institutions and biomanufacturing-related disciplines.
If you are interested in developing an innovative project, learning new skills, or gaining hands-on experience with advanced equipment through cross-institutional collaboration relevant to biomanufacturing, we encourage you to apply and be part of this exciting opportunity!
Program Duration
4 or 6 months
Eligibility
Eligible trainees from BioHubNet’s partner institutions include:
- MSc and PhD students
- Postdoctoral fellows
- Research associates
- Laboratory technicians
Placements must be:
- Inter-institutional
- Conducted within Canada
Award Categories
- Cross-disciplinary Collaboration Award
Supports interdisciplinary projects that integrate biomanufacturing with other scientific disciplines, including engineering, data science, materials science, or computer science.
- New Skill Development Award
Supports projects focused on training in new skills and gaining proficiency with new equipment relevant to biomanufacturing.
Funding Amount
Required Documents:

- Letter of Support Home PI/Supervisor
- Letter of Invitation from Host PI
- Mobility Award Application (if applicable)
