Who Should Apply?
Eligibility Criteria for ENGAGE Training Credits
You are eligible to receive ENGAGE Training Credits if you meet one of the following conditions:
1. Graduate Students (Masters or PhD)
- Must be registered in a science or engineering program at an eligible institute listed below.
- Must have been enrolled for at least 12 months.
- Provide a verification letter (e.g., unofficial transcript) from the institution.
2. Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Associates, or Laboratory Technicians
- Must be affiliated with an eligible Canadian university or research institute listed below.
- Provide a verification letter (e.g., offer letter) from the institution.


Initially, training credits are available only to trainees from eligible institutions*, which are current BioHubNet partner institutions. We plan to expand eligibility to additional institutions in the future.
